You don't recall Morey sitting down with Adelman after the first GS game and talking to Rick etc, and then Rick saying they talked and he should have found some time for Hill etc....

The word "Basically" means that even though he did not force it, he clearly made his case to Rick....and Hill has been playing in a growing role ever since.

I'm thinking Hill should start next to Miller. They seem to play well together. Like i said, put him on the floor with a vocal veteran. Too bad about the sprain. Looked mild. He should be able to play tomorrow.

Golden State -- that would be game 2, right?

I think you're maybe reading too much into that. There's a dialogue between them over the first two losses, but I don't think it was ever mentioned that it was Morey telling or suggesting to Adelman that he play Jordan Hill more.

Also, what Adelman said subsequently was that _maybe_ Jordan Hill could have helped on the glass or interior defense. Not quite the same thing as an admission that Jordan Hill should have played more.

Did anyone notice how early he was getting position on his man? They missed him a lot. He probably could have gone for twenty points if they would have noticed this.

I think Clutchfans forced Morey to force Adelman to play Hill more.

I agree that hill should play, but not a start's minutes

the guy is fouling too much, he needs to learn more about defense besides block, before we can use him a lot more.

if hill plays extended minutes, his flaws will be exposed :)

I'm thinking Miller and Hill should start. That way you have some offense on the bench.

Hill is definitely improving both on O and D. Improved defensive rotations (still gets lost at times, but no biggie), rebounding and more importantly, a threat to block a layup attempt. On offense, he is flashing to receive the ball, is quick to get an offensive rebound and has proved capable to put the ball in.

Overall, a much improved Jordan Hill compared to summer league play and last year's.

Good observation. Jordan is flashing a whole lot more in the paint. Pass him the rock, guards.

Those are the kind of situations where the Ish excels over Lowry. He notices those plays early.

Hill should see more time on the floor with Scola as a starter or otherwise

    YEAH BABY! free jordan hilll!

seriously, he's never been a BAD player (or rookie) he routinely demanded a double team near the end of his collage career. hes a big, they need a lil more time adjusting 2 the nba game (unless yer blake griffen!)
