this is one of the games no matter how bad shane is, you have to start him. Chase is just going to get abused by durant. Although durant is gonna get his, shane will make him work harder for it and we hope that it could reduce is fg % as a result.

I would love to have Ibaka on our team. A tough PF/C whose game appears to be a throwback to the 80's. He doesn't have eye-popping stats, but every time I watch one of the their games, Ibaka's presence is felt.

This is a hard truth that some posters do not want to accept. For some reason, superstars are not knocking on the Rockets' door, and I do not see that changing anytime soon. From that perspective, the lottery is one way to get top talent. It takes only one/two special players to turn a whole franchise around and all these young teams with a promising future got there by sucking for a few years.

No guarantees that you will get a Deron Williams in any draft, but you have to be there for the opportunity to snap the next Deron Williams.

Give all substantial minutes to the young guns including Patterson and JT, and see what they got. They will likely lose most of their games, but I would be much more interested to watch JT, Patterson, Hill, etc.... than Hayes, Miller or Battier. The latter has no future with the Rockets.

Sadly, I feel the final outcome will be something like this as well.

My question is, how did this team only lose in LA by 2 points?

everyone feels the end of the era
we hope that we get that franchise player to rebuild the team...and change the coach, because sincerely Adelman is not a championship coach for many reasons :(

Exactly. Hakeem worked out for us. Yao didn't. It's time for Yao's replacement.

Rockets lose big. Westbrook and Durant score a combined 70.
