Yao's defense is facical and comical. he cant guard a snail anymore. He is at best a solid backup on a contender and thats a fact. Okafor looked like David Robinson against him.

Oh sorry let me rephrase it....
Yao came off an injury that sets him off the court for 15 months, come back playing 21 mins a game and gave you 15-5. Then someone says Yao's done and claimed hes all about truth? Yao cant be a starter on a championship team?

My apology, thats beyond r****ded, words cant explain it.

15-5? His farcical defense was probaly responsible for alot moore points allowed. Yao is not a franchise player on a championship calibare team.

While he is not a franchise player on a championship calibare team ill give you that. But he is far from Done. Dude may look like he's slowed down and cant jump but say you stick him in the middle for Miami, he would be considered a great center and a great low post option for a champion team.

Done as a star, but he is still a average to above average role player.

    insider from Team Yao...

Team Yao is under the impression that Rockets fans donot like what Yao brings to the team to date and is opening trade talks with Miami, Celtics, and lakers. Team Yao also mentions that Yao is willing to cut his salary significantly as long as his championship aspirations continue.

So there you go. haters..finally u get rid of your average role player in Yao.

He is improving his game. What do you expect for a guy who just came back from a major injury? This is his 4th regular season game for the GOD SAKE!

Good for Yao. He can go there and spend more time on the injured list then being on the court and play his comical defense. We put the ROCKETS ABOVE EVERYTHING AND YOU YOF'S PUT YAO ABOVE EVERYTHING

Really?? If you put rockets above everything, u should of had a better map of what is going on with the team right now..

it is the whole rockets team that has been struggling lately, not a single player..

injuries happen..and it is unlucky to have your franchise player being a injury prone.. Tmac got paid over 20 mil,, and his production at that time was worse than Yao's now..

most importantly, yao is going to improve as season progresses. i never doubt his work ethics unless he injures himself again.. then i can see him retired from there.

Thats the problem. He is allways injured. It's the same thing over and over. He cannot bne relelied on to carry a franchise or even be a star anymore.

The portland trailblazers will have to worry about Greg Oden in the same way with him running up and down the court; and he's only like early 20s even though the forehead wrinkles put him in his 50s. At least Yao has given us some good years. So I'm pretty sure the trailblazer fans are saying please don't get hurt Oden, don't injure your knee with your third leg again.
