AJ is annoying ego maniac no doubt but this ones on Jackson. One great year and you're asking for the big bills? Rot on the bench b****.
AJ Smith is hilarious. Dude wants to run the Chargers like he's some kind of high stakes gambling mafia boss.
He's had 2 very nice years in a row. He's a 6'5 230lb beast with good hands. He's arguably a top 5 WR in the league. I think he deserves at the very least has the right to ask for the big bucks when a similar peer (Marshall) got paid. Also that's why SD asked for such much in return.
I'm really looking forward to see what Jimmy Clausen brings on the table against the Bengals this weekend. ...still don't quite get it why the guy fell all the way into the middle of the second round.
Exactly. The Chargers want TWO second round picks in return, but aren't willing to pay him? What a joke.
http://espn.go.com/nfl/picks I think it's a better week for upsets than what the experts have predicted. Going with KC, TB, Car and Chi.
Jackson 127 receptions 2,265 yards 16 TDs Marshall 205 receptions 2,385 yards 16 TDs One had Phillip Rivers, the other had Kyle Orton...

Jackson competes with the Gates for looks and a blossoming Floyd on the other end, while Marshall was sharing a plate with Jabar Gaffney. Ol' Neckbeard is clearly outclassed by Il Douche but that also contributes to more attempts for Orton.
This. Plus the Chargers still gave a lot of carries to LT last year while McDaniels' Broncos was a full fledged passed first team.
