And that is precisely the reason why I would choose Ashley over Mary-Kate. I was always fond of Jodie Sweetin the most though.
I'll answer with a picture: Wake me up when Scola can do this. (I love Scola too, but he's more dancing Elvis and Yao is more dancin sledgehammer)
He can beast in NBA play too, but it depends on the coach, Luis will allways follow the team plan. Luis is MVP class on every league he played.
If Yao were 5'10, he'd be a point guard..... If I hit the lottery, I would buy a ferrari If, If, If, If.
Scola is great, but he shouldn't be mentioned at Yao's level until he sees half the double teams Yao is seeing on a nightly base. Quite some players can defend Scola without much help as we saw last season, but basically none against Yao.
Man this thread is dumb. Yao is a perennial All-Star in the NBA, who scores 20+ points on excellent FG% Scola is a good player in his own right, but he has not played at that level in the league. World Championships maybe, but FIBA ball is different. Yi Jianlian is a 20-10 player right now in FIBA ball. Yeah, Yao was so predictable he averaged 25 ppg that series. And about those "two moves" that Yao only has: <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/dR_RI9cB4Mc?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/dR_RI9cB4Mc?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object> <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/rS-6zf-xOYA?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/rS-6zf-xOYA?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object> <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/dWODzPCJfHE?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/dWODzPCJfHE?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object> <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/TtozD85NnTs?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/TtozD85NnTs?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object> <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/mFppQfs75Ro?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/mFppQfs75Ro?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object> Man, I wish I could be as "predictable" as Yao...

Yao. When it comes to back-to-the-basket offense, nobody's better than Yao. You get him the ball when he's in position and it's over. Luis scoring when there's a guy between him and the basket isn't as automatic as Yao. He's more of a face up player, and, in that, he's got a lot of moves and is a much better offensive rebounder.
Why was our post game last season lacking????I felt something missing....... Ya it must be that 7'6 dude, he knows how to play basketball.
It means they simply haven't seen Dream. Scola has Dream's fluidity but he doesn't have near the speed or power that Hakeem had. Dream played above the rim as well as under it like Scola does. Plus he was way faster and could execute with guys on him, Scola is a master at exploiting gaps. It's an insult to think that Dream's game was garbage putbacks and a top of the key jumper like Scola. Scola is the master at what he does but he's not near Dream. That Brazil game for some reason they were leaving Scola wide open. As when Scola had that 44 point performance he scored at least 16 points from put backs and open shots. When he's able to exploit the defenses Scola can rampage. For example game 4 I think of the LA series when Phil Jackson was too stupid to mark Scola and he raped them in the 1st quarter. A long body on Scola affects his efficacy. Arguably Scola is the BEST in the NBA and probably the world at what he does but what he does is limited compared to a superstar. As for Yao versus Scola... what do you think? One is a superstar and the best offensive center of the decade versus a top 10 PF in the league. I LOVE me some Scola but hmm...
couldn't agree more if Yao could move easier, we would've seen a lot of dream shakes unfortunately, as u said he is predictable
