    Thank you for your responses, Melo does not play for the Houston Rockets. I don't want to look at a Denver Nugget posing as a Rocket. This thread can still go on, just not the picture.

    Melo might be the tenth best player in the NBA. Maybe. If you want to be generous.

    He is not a first tier superstar.

    I think the Nuggets would be dumb to wait until the deadline to trade Melo.

    From a business side, right now you would get the most for Melo because by the trade deadline, most teams will offer up crap for him and from a basketball perspective, it's not gonna be pretty for them either. Fans booing him at every possession, chemistry problems on and off the court as well.

    Best thing for Nuggets to do is trade him before training camp opens.

    Get this done Morey!

    D-Will
    Howard
    Bosh
    Kobe

    Players who might be better:

    Nash
    Roy
    Nowitzki
    Duncan
    Gasol
    Yao

    This is why people say he's not elite and not a true superstar. Too many players better than him, too many he's roughly equal to in talent. He might not even be a top ten player let alone one of the five best in the NBA.
