As long as it's decent and what they want, Toronto will probably do it.

    Negotiating posture, nada mas.

If they're interesting in doing S&T with Miami, it's because Miami has something interesting to offer, even if not Beasley.

Miami seems to be the team they refuse to do an s+t with since they called what Wade did 'Tampering in all but the rule book' pretty much

Seems like this reporter is just taking Toronto's stance at face value, without mentioning the possibility that it might just be posturing -- a highly likely thing in this situation.

Bosh actually does fit better with Chicago than he does with Houston (if Noah and Rose are in place).

A Bosh-Noah-Rose nucleus is pretty good (young) and could win the East in a few years. Noah doesn't need the ball to be effective, and serves mostly as a defender and rebounder. The team could win the East, depending on where LeBron ends up.

Deng is kind of the biggest problem (the contract), but Toronto would actually have pretty well rounded team, if they could get Gibson in the deal.

Bosh pretty much only works in Houston, if Yao is healthy, especially if Ariza, Scola, Battier, with possibly Aaron Brooks are all gone for Bosh. I don't think can really carry the team for a long haul, it is really talented.

We may have the best assets to trade away, but these cap friendly teams have maybe what's more important than most. Ability to absorb cap room

Bosh leaving Toronto, I'm assuming Toronto is gonna start cleaning house, and will attach bad contracts in the deal.

Correct. Toronto doesn't want assets in the form of Houston players to match salary, but picks and capspace in the form of a TPE. If you can find homes for Ariza and Scola elsewhere, sending nothing but picks to Toronto - or perhaps Battier + picks - then Colangelo has no complaints about the Rockets offer.

He was apparently OK with deals to Miami, I'm told Toronto's pick back and $17 mil TPE, or Beasley and 2 picks. It fell apart because Bosh wouldn't accept same pay as James and Wade and instead wanted 6/126. There was some back channel talk between the teams and that's when the indirect tampering talk came out, but the deal was not held up by Toronto.

Thats because Toronto is a horrible team that makes bad moves. I am certain too they dont the Houston trade. Thats how bad teams operate. They always do the wrong thing and take the worst deal for superstars and get peanuts back to cut costs. Thats why they become losers for decades.
