    Not Paul Wall's grill....

    On my Old Smokey:

    Country Style Ribs (smothered in BBQ sauce)
    Baked Potatoes with BBQ sauce

    Shrimp (GF doesn't eat "meat" any more :( )

    Had some pop tarts for breakfast this morning. Drinking a few Miller Lites in the mean time. Will probably microwave some pizza rolls later.

    woke up at 7 and put the brisket on my brand new smoker and grill. 6 hours later it came out ok. a bit dry though, but a little bbq sauce made it tolerable. it did have that smoke ring.

    after that was a bunch of sausage, hot dogs, and shish kabobs. it was a long freakin' day.

    Hmmm those C.S.ribs were delicious.

    I over cooked the shrimp though....bah.

    Happy 4th! Fireworks in a few hrs...whooo!

    I was grilling yesterday at a friends house and made my coca-cola ribs, the recipe I made on TV last year for those who were around then, along with grilled zucchini.

    Had fajitas and pork ribs yesterday! It was good! nearly blew up from being so full.
