they aren't allowed to meet with free agents until july first.

maybe the guy got the name wrong and it was a possible draft pick coming in for a workout/interview?

WHOA, that would be JUST twisted enough to be the rabbit that Daryl pulls out of his A$$ to make this team a contender. How does that help us against LA though? Boozer is good, but is a 3rd option, and isn't going to make us championship contenders. Playing Scola-5/Boozer-4, that would leave us suseptible to SIZE in the post. We would still need someone with some height.

    Boozer for MLE?

    I'd take him over Bosh.

I know this is a Boozer post but Rudy Fernandez is available and that is from Real GM. The Blazers want a draft pick. Houston could either give up this yrs or one of the Knicks picks. I'd prefer to have Fernandez over Hasaan Whiteside and it makes either Budinger or Martin available for a front court player.

Boozer is a good player (I feel dirty), but he's redundant. We have Scola. This would spell the end for Luis in my opinion.

Boozer will NOT be taking the MLE.

No one has mentioned boozer to the rockets for the obvious reasons.
But he is a tough nosed player who can bang around with the likes of gasol.
I hate to say it but it might not be a bad idea, especially if we draft cousins or a good center in the draft. We could get him through a sign and trade like with bosh.
But then again I couldent see us doing buisness with the jazz. I can't recall ever doing any buisness with them.
Could you imagine how the Utah jazz fans would be if he joined the rockets. If you thought they were brutal before imagine what they did to Fisher 100 times worse the next time they see boozer.

doesnt make sense...it just screams "tampering"...i'm sure there's some tampering going on everywhere, but not with one on one visits for the public to possibly see. The phone seems to be a much safer choice.

As much as I hate the guy, he is an upgrade from Scola.

but hey, his friend delivers clandestine NBA players to the Rockets "all the time"!

so the secret to Morey's success isn't stats ... it's tampering.

btw, jsd59, i'd suggest he install a video camera.
