we pass oyedeji, porter, carrawell for najera? is rudy obsessed with white boys tonight? what is the man thinking?? ------------------ --TEX
As Britney may say 'Oops we did it again.' I give up with all of this I'm going to bed what a rubbish draft that was for us. ------------------
LOL, Rudy:"oops,I f****d up again" we're screwed for how long now?? ------------------ "Dont ever understimate the heart of a champion" Rudy T,1995
I was asking the same question. From front page of SI to 55th pick in draft. Thats a drop. ------------------
TeXaSalsa Well, it wouldn't be the Houston Rockets if they don't shock every Houstanian on Draft night! I would agree with you about passing Oyedeji. But do you honestly think that Carrawell or porter would've filled our needs? they measure at 6-6 and 6-7 respectively. Rudy said that he wanted someone with size as well being able to run the floor. Najera CAN do that. I got to say that i am not fully sure about Collier but Najera was a good choice for a second round pick. he's 6-10, he can shoot, and can run the floor. Maybe he wasn't teh best available, im not saying that, but he's excatly what the Rockets need. I guess Rudy picked need over talent this time, since he couldve simply picked Alexander who tehy didn't need and traded him later. To everyone who think the Rockets blew it AGAIN. i say, They are NOT done!. i expect either Najera or Collier to be packaged elsewhere, and that Indiana deal for Croshere is STILL on....HOLD ON TIGHT! ------------------ Ostertag for Three!!!!! When the Rockets drafted Najera, I thought it was a BRILLIANT move. I was shocked when they traded him. Brilliant, not for what he can do on the floor, but what he could do for the arena vote. A Mexican national playing in Houston? It couldn't be a more perfect situation, could it? Then they did the unbelievable. Traded him away for someone who can actually help the team. Rudy, you ignorant ****, what were you thinking? ------------------
