    She's certainly not very bright, because her antics have probably cost her tens of millions in lost job opportunities. Also, her partying has really taken a toll on her looks, which was her most important commodity. Even worse, she's already been replaced by the next generation of mall rat actresses, and is now mostly known for her self destructive tendencies.

    she was already on probation, with an ankle bracelet and rehab.

    this time around she is going up the river.
