Aaron Brooks couldnt do anything to win the lottery, just sit there.
what is he supposed to do when they say rockets are #14? say: "NOOOO!!
    screaming, or crying.
    they usually just smile.

I think Granger was the only one who actually showed any emotion at all (good or bad)

Well it's not likely we had much of a chance of landing in top three. 14th pick is not bad -- let's see what Morey does with it.

Clearly the Wizards showed that the way to win the lottery is to have your owner die and then bless your team from beyond the grave.

Les Alexander needs to show his dedication to a championship now and follow Abe Pollin's lead.

my thoughts exactly. this and the glasses would've definitely landed us a top 3 pick. i don't think he was too gung-ho about getting the top pick though. Rockets should've sent Yao.

nice. that too wouldve been funny. if only that happened back in the 80's. we would have at least 4 banners.

    trade scenario involving MINN:

1- Rockets send Jordan Hill + 14th pick and receive Ricky Rubio + Minny Late first round pick

wow. You sound so stupid. 98% we won't move up and we didn't move up. That's exactly what statistics are for.

Brooks and the 14, for Rubio and the 4. Sounds fair to me. We probably trade down.

I think that trade heavily favors the Rockets, but of the four pieces being swapped only Brooks is a known commodity.

I'm not backing up the speculation, but Minnesota is gonna have plenty of capspace this summer, so they can agree to a trade in principle.

This is just the base of the trade, to make salaries match you add fillers later on :)
