    Just reposting this first:

Just a heads up, the best thing that will help me find it quickly is a screenshot of the ads on the page. I need to see what the ad looks like. I know that's not easy, but it helps me find the problem. Those who get "alerted" by Avast or something like that will be able to do that easier than those who don't.

Sorry for the problem ... we've gone a while without a problem ad. I've removed one of the 3 ad networks... may take 20-30 minutes to no longer be loading that network. If the problem is still occuring, I'll remove the next one.

I'm still getting the threat warning. My AVG is blocking all the ads as a result so I can't get a screen shot of the ads.

Here is a screenshot. This was the only ad visible. There were no ads visible on the top or bottom of screen.

In all honesty, I've tried 8-9 times clicking around on various pages trying to get an advertisement to pop up but nothing seems to be there, however I am still getting the warning from my avast on EVERY single page I click on. Again, I seem to be getting the virus warnings even though no ads are visible.

In any event, thanks to Clutch and the BBS crew. All your hard work is much appreciated.

I have no ads on some pages, but the warning still pops up.

I think AVG is blocking the ad from even being visible, so screenshots would be worthless.

OK, thanks for trying ... appreciate it.

I've removed ad network #2... going to have to give it another 20-30 minutes to make sure it's not cached.

    Malware???

ive been a member quite awhile. i read a lot, but post little. anyway, i tried to search for this topic, but it did not allow me. so, 2 or 3 times today i have tried to click on a forum hot topic from the main page only to get a "malware, potential link is unsafe, etc" warning page. plus my norton just came up and said it blocked a potential attack on my computer when i tried to visit this "malicious" forum page. is anyone else getting this? ive never had any kind of issue like this with this site before.

my apologies if this post is in the wrong forum or whatever. i know how yall love to jump on people if they mess up.

Yeah something is going on right now. My AVG is popping up like crazy. Every forum I visit on the bbs is making my AVG go wild. One of the ads is doing this.
