game over, DL choked on a fat one this game, so did Sloan. Dash is useless. We're done.

Um, would it be too much to ask to let the Ags give by far their best player (Sloan) a chance? I know he's not playing that well, but that's two possessions, down two in the last 3 minutes, where they didn't even give him a shot.

because he has choked like a little girl, never thought I would see him choking this bad.

we need to drive to the basket and pass it off, that's the only way we're getting anything. We're toast.

Purdue's defense is really impressive. It seems whenever an Aggie has the ball, they have no space to work with. It's amazing that both teams are under 60 midway through overtime.

Loubeau really needs to play more aggressive, he's letting Kramer tear him apart.

Boy I sure am glad Walkup was in there for that last defensive play ... he basically escorted him to the basket

What kind of lazy defense was that by Walkup? You can't be that flatfooted on the final play of an elimination game!!!

That was the dumbest defensive set I've ever seen. You have a couple of guys who overwhelm Purdue, size-wise... you know Purdue has a defender that's been getting into the lane at will... and you can't even have one of them try and defend the basket?!?!? I mean, good God, I'd rather Johnson or one of Purdue's bigs take a mid-range jumper than that BS.

in typical aggie fashion, I get my heart ripped straight out of my chest again.

I don't know whether to cry to to slash my wrists, but this is getting old. we get the chance to play in Houston against an overrated #1 seed, and what do we do? we choke in the 2nd round. :(

Donald Sloan with his absolute worst game of the year going 4-17 for 11 points. Not the way you want to end your career

What a depressing game. We had so many opportunities to blow that game open, and we just kept letting them play their smashmouth style of basketball and shove it down our throats. What business did Walkup have being the primary defender on that last play, and how doesn't a single big man slide over and at least clog the lane up a little? Well, I guess there's gonna be at least one ticket for sale on eBay for next weekend's games.....sigh.

On a side note, does anyone else think that Chris Kramer has an incredibly punchable face?

I'm a Purdue grad so I like the result. But A&M clearly blew this game and we happily took it.

It looked to me like it was Purdue against Bryan Davis today. The Aggies got precious little out of anybody else.

    Congrats on the win.

At least it wasn't as bad as the way Scottie Reynolds ended his.

Is anyone else over this as fast as I am?

the past 3 years of heart break + constant football disappointments have toughened me up. I am now unbreakable by Aggie athletics.

But the thought of "what could've been" with the 16 and 8 being in Houston and me having tickets for them just breaks my heart. This sucks so bad. So so bad.

I want to punch Kramer's face so bad. He is the college level Matt Harpring. I'd probably love him if he played for us, but *******, i hate his guts.

Can you tell by the rambling that I still haven't recovered from this?

    :( :( :(

He'd absolutely be your favorite player if he played for your team. Watching that game yesterday, I can only imagine how annoying it is to play against him. If he gets a shot in the NBA, he's going to be the new Bruce Bowen.
