I remember getting sc in high school and playing over 56k on battle.net and while the lag was horrible and half the time the game would drop it was a great game. I really haven't played rts in a long long time, but I think this is must buy.
Never played beyond single player campaigns in the original version, but did like it a lot. I would vote yes, except my computer specs are not up to snuff. I'll probably wait until the normal timing of my next computer upgrade before I buy it.
This isn't as unnecessary a question as most people might believe. There won't be a singular "Starcraft 2" game. Blizzard's releasing three packages of the game, each containing a different race-specific campaign. You'll need to buy all three to go through the whole story.
Didn't realize that but also haven't been following the development that closely. Hopefully the campaigns are long enough in each to justify the divided release.
