Almost every team in the league goes into some sort of iso situation in late game possessions. It's essentially every single play the Mavericks run down the stretch.

As far as the comeback the Spurs made, Adelman only played 6 guys for some reason. Had he given them more rest in the first half when we had a big lead, maybe they have more legs in crunch time.

The Spurs brought in a bunch of fresh legs and if you check box scores from a lot of games where teams are leading big late in a game, you'll see these kind of close calls really aren't that common, esp. when you are missing key pieces of your rotation due to injury.

That was a great game to watch.
First 30/30/30 game in Rockets history! - what a day for K-Mart to show up and show up big. I like it.

Of course there were mental mistakes down the stretch, Rick. You played 6 guys and the Spurs brought in fresh legs all game long.

We aren't a good defensive team to begin with. Get guys like Brooks, Martin and Scola tired and they go from bad to worse, defensively.

Concentration goes when you are fatigued.

We could've better protected our lead in the 4th and rested our starters by playing JH and JJ. Btw, Temple sucks!

First good game after trade. This is motion offense. Running, cutting, passing all very smooth. AB was doubled 30 foot from basket then he passed to Martin. That made me smile. We have too guards working nice. Good thing. Defense was the only one bad sign in this game. Almost perfect.
