I'm actually a little concerned that there has not been any status updates regarding Yao's recovery... DM and Bullard said on radio that he's on schedule but why the silence? Could it be a set-back? Can anybody chime in?

Yao is enjoying his life. Got a daughter, nice marriage and spends time world wide.

No need to pressure a man after such tough surgery, I'm 100% sure he'll give everything he's got when the time comes - this summer.

What silence? He's on schedule, as they said. What do you want exactly?

I was disappointed with Yao's restaurant. The food is just average. Still I enjoyed the experience of being there. I think he should buy out Benihana's.

Yeah I think many fans are concerned he AINT playing next year either. DM shouldn't build the team around Yao I hope for the best but the man is very injury prone.

there's 17,000,000 that should pressure him, we aren't asking for him to come back now, we simply want to know how his recovery is coming along.

There was that video of him shooting FT without his cast a while back.

Yao went back to China for Chinese new year, he's probably still there. I'm sure we'll get something after he gets back to Houston.

I liked it. I've only been there once, and I thought it was above average. Not the best resaurant I've ever been too, but still very good.

I will hopefully meet with Yao in a Vipers (NBDL) game. Let me ask him and then report to you. ;)
