    This one is tough. Should we continue to develop Ariza? Battier plays well next to Yao, but how will Ariza take it if he goes to the bench. The same can be said for Battier.

    Thank god it's Rick, and not me, that has to make this decision.

    Is it a done deal yet? If it is, then no major surgery on the starting 5 because we don't know too much of the newcomers whether or not they can perfectly fit into coach Adelman's system.

    Still remain the same.
