No idea which band that is, so I'll just be a jerk and pop in to say Lateralus is my current favorite.

That's a tough one. Don't forget "Too Late for Love" from Pyromania.

While "Photograph" is my favorite Def Leppard song, I'd have to go with "Hysteria." Simply one of the best albums ever in the history of rock, cover to cover.

    Animal
    Rocket
    Pour Some Sugar on Me
    Armageddon It
    Love Bites
    Women
    Hysteria

yeah, given the choices....I go with Hysteria.

but the best Def Leppard album was High and Dry

I disagree on both counts

Pyromania was the best overall (even though "Armageddon It' is probably my fav song from them)

You know one song I like that never got much run? It was "Promises" from one of their more recent albums from the mid-late 90's. Never got much traction, but it's been on my workout playlist for years.

Pour Some Sugar on Me sucks.

    The Pyromania era ruled.

yeah that's from the euphoria album.....it's the only song i liked after their guitarist OD'd.....seems like after Hysteria they just didn't have the same chemistry and powerful guitar riffs anymore..

Wow, never thought of this before. I like pyromania more for those 3 songs exactly-classic, raw. But hysteria was put together like a masterpiece tough pick. -don't know what happened to them after that. When "lets get rocked" came out, kind of felt like the star wars prequels.....

Both are great albums but I voted for Hysteria. It is a classic as someone else mentioned from cover to cover... To bad they released this at the time Thriller was released.

I loved the Hysteria tour in the round... Great shows...

I've got to go with Hysteria. More of its singles hold up over time. I also saw them on this tour at my very first concert, so the album has a ton of nostalgic value to me. I've got a Def Leppard playlist I listen to, and I have a lot more tracks from Hysteria than Pyromania on it.

I really like their newer album X quite a bit. It's a lot in the vein of Hysteria. Definitely their best effort in a very long while.

There were also some good tracks on Slang that were completely different than anything else they had done.

"Love Bites" always seals the deal.

Pyromania and High 'n' Dry are the only Def Leppard albums that ever struck my fancy. I voted for Pyromania. Hysteria was a little too late in the game for me.

Definitly Hysteria. "Love Bites" totally seals the deal. But Women, Animal, Pour Some Sugar on Me and Hysteria makes it a great Album.

Still remember hearing "Gods of War" in concert when I was around 15 and how awesome the guitars sounded live. Great memories of Hysteria, so I ran with it. Plus it's on the "Classic Albums" rockumentary list.

Not a big fan, but I went through a stage as a kid where I liked them.

Pyromania eats Hysteria's face. I would change the station if any song from Pyromaia came on the radio. Probably wouldn't change the station if Foolin or Rock of Ages started playing

But I would never listen to either album ever again.
