With the signing of von wafer, the rockets might have just become the best all-around nba team. we have all four position fully loaded with backups for backups. Assuming, the current rotation of players. does any other team in the nba match the rockets.

    PG: Brooks/Lowry
    SG: Ariza/Wafer
SF: Battier/Bud/T-mac(can also play the 1 and 2 spot)
    PF: Scola/Landry
    C: Hayes/Anderson

Should adelman use a 10-11 man rotation and limit each person's playing time to around 24-30 mins.

I hope you didn't mean that the Rockets are now the best team in the NBA

Slow down. That's an ambitious statement.

No, Rick Adelman should not use a 10-11 man rotation because...well because...those don't work in the real world.

We might not be the best team, but a team that is fully-loaded and ready to hustle...Outside of the center spot, every other bench players could be starters anywhere in the nba. I wish yao was back this year...this could have been the year

From the way this team is going, i would put this team in the top five. we just dont have the one player that equals a superstar, but if we look at it from an entire-team perspective..we are number one....go rockets

I am doubt about wafer's current ability , also i do think his selfishness in offensive end would ruin our chemistry.

von wafer is never be a teamplayer.how the coach will handle his minutes.will he play along with landry? If that happens VON grab the ball other players like mandry will not know how to play a part.believe von is totally different from chase,he is more like to catch thunder from others.

    No.

I love what the team has done this year, but ask yourself two questions.

    1) Were we the most talented team in the NBA before we signed Wafer.

    2) Does Wafer's signing improve us, given that virtually every minute he plays will be a minute that would have otherwise been played by Budinger?

Wafer's signing has two utilities...one as a stopgap for the injured Bud, and the second as insurance were we to trade away a swingman. His impact on the overall team talent is negligible, because again, any minutes he gets have to come from somewhere.

    agreed.

the rockets might be the deepest team, but "best all around" should wait until we have someone taller than 6'6 playing center. they may not use a 10-11 man rotation, but its nice to have options for different match-ups.

I think this makes us the deepest team. The best? far from it.
