Anyone have an idea how long it will take Nachbar to recover from his operation, and if there are concerns about him reinjuring it? Does anyone know from experience?

I'm worried about all the players we have coming back this season from serious injuries. Steve doesn't seem to be following the advice of the medical staff, so I'm worried he might play too much and end up hurting himself again.

Finally, why did we send Nachbar back home to recover? Wouldn't it have been okay for him to go out to LA and get to know his teammates and some of the plays we try to run?

2-3 weeks and then he should be able to start working out. I have never had a hernia operation but i have known many people who have and they can get back to physical activity within that time frame....depending on the severity of the hernia.

I have had an operation and it only took 3 weeks. Nachbar will be ready in plenty of time.
