As much as I want to win, in the context of our season it is just another game. When Tracy comes back, that is when it will get heated.
Artest will be a nice subplot but it will die down once he continues to struggle finding his shot and disappears. This is will be a nice test and good measuring stick for Red Nation but as long as they play hard and make Kobe Inc. work harder then I'll be happy. No predicitions but if the Rox win...holy %$^&@$%
Pau Gasol reportedly tears hamstring, out vs Rockets Sorry, no linky. Saw it on the bottomline on ESPNEWS this morning. MRI still pending. Significant loss for them. I think we'll beat the Lakers and it could very well be another blowout situation.
from what i read is that he is def out for this road trip the tear is nothing new they are just seeing how far along it is, if it will require just more time to heal or what.
we ran the lakers out the gym the last two times they came to the Toyota Center. could it be possible we'll be the favorites on wednesday?
Not sure if Vegas has bought into the Rockets yet, but maybe the Utah win changes things. Jazz was favored by 8 points, and a Rockets win was a +300 on the moneyline.
Big loss for the Lakers as I don't really believe in Bynum as a all star elvel player yet but they still have Odom. It could literally come down to how well Ron Ron plays for them. Right now, gun to my head I say Rox win tomorrow night.
hopefully OKC wears out some of the lakers' legs tonight and they come a little tired for the 2nd of a back to back.
Once we wear down their starting 5, they got nothing. They will have a double digit lead going into the half, but then in the 3rd we will make a run and be up a few going into the 4th. Our young, athletic, energetic bench will run circles around Kobe and co.
The rockets need to get Bynum in foul trouble. Right now he's all they have inside. If he's out, Luis can go to town on Odom and Brooks will have nothing to fear on his drives.
