    His interpreter, Xu Jichen, is a sports writter of Xinhua News Agency. Last month, he accepted the interview of CBS reporter Jerry Paterson and talked about Yao Ming. I translated that interview and posted it here. Maybe somebody still has the impression of that article.

    1. His mom helping him with his cap...that is just classic mom stuff. Really sweet.

    2. That hat looks like a beenie on him!

    3. Sitting next to the female reporter, she looks like she could fit her entire body into his chest cavity! The guy is freakin' HUGE!

    My favorite picture is the one where his mom is helping him put on the cap. I'm surprised the cap didn't fit his head unless he didn't adjust it. Looks like he's ready to play basketball right after the interviews.

    Nike supplies apparel for the Chinese National Team (he really can't wear anything else), but I think he'll definitely sign an endorsement contract with Nike.
