FIBA Letter - When to expect it?

    With the WONDERFUL release from the Chronicle, it seems that all that is left is the FIBA letter. Is FIBA based out of Europe? When should we expect this letter?

    All I can say is thank God! We can now finally pick the player we want!

    People fax machines don't take long at all. I can't believe it, It's official. After all that we finally have him, now it fells weird to get him, this is the most exciting time leading up to a draft ever! Then again I'm only 15...

    Exactly. I've heard that if the Rockets don't get this letter by draft time they will trade the pick.
