I believe Caron Butler will be available at 6. I have also have read reports that Cleveland wants to trade down. Do we have anyting that Cleveland needs? I have been against trading KT in the past. However if Coron Butler is as good as reported and could come in and start, I would trade #15 plus KT for #6. Wha do you guys think?
Well here is a proposal I have read. It's a three-way deal between Rockets, Clippers, and Cavs. I don't know if there is any credence behind this. Rockets Trade: #1, Glen Rice, #15 Receive: Lamar Odom, #6(Chris Wilcox), #12 Cavs Trade: Andre Miller, #6, Chris Mihm Receive: #1(Jay Williams), #8 Clippers Trade: Lamar Odom, #8, #12 Receive: Andre Miller, Glen Rice, #15, Chris Mihm I personally don't like this deal, but there are a few reasons why it makes sense. Andre Miller has said he wants out of Cleveland and would like to return home to LA, while the Clippers have shown interest back. The Clippers would get Miller and also Mihm, who would be important because Michael Olowokandi likely won't re-sign and will leave LAC centerless. Also, Cleveland's role is important because of the swap of the #6 and #8 picks. The Rockets would get Chris Wilcox at #6(obviously Francis' call), who likely would be gone by #8 to the Knicks(#7). The deal is very confusing but keep an eye on this if everything breaks down with Yao Ming.
I think we should not fear trading our beloved pick for the talent that is in this draft. The value of number one is high, but also risky. A trade would likely decrease this risk. Take Caron if possible is my opinion.
Actually, three. He says he didn't do it on purpose. http://bbs.clutchcity.net/php3/showthread.php?s=&threadid=35804
What are you trying to say? Another thing: You spelled Caron Butler's name wrong: it's Caron not Coron
