I would've thought Okur could've asked for more years. The Jazz not only didn't have to overpay in salary, but also didn't give him too many years. Guess Okur really like SLC.
He can post as a center but the team will be in trouble since He is small as a center. Bigger Centers will probably abuse him in the low post. Besides, the Rockets do have Landry and Scola, who play the same position as Millsap. If the team can trade Landry to obtain a center then Millsap would be a great pick up at the 4 spot not the center position.
i dont think he's overpaid. a center that can shoot the 3 and has good offense anywhere on the floor? id take this guy over any of our players not named yao,tracy and scola.
I like how everyone thinks Utah is just going to disappear next year. They had a fluke year with a bunch of injuries; they'll still be near the top of the West.
