I agree. If I see that 70's-80's pimp gold and red color, I'm going to have to adjust the color on my tv or something. That combination is heinous. Love the black and red or the current red/white schemes, though.

 

So I am going to need to buy another Chuck Hayes jersey......

Haha.. some of these posts and pictures really cracked me up.

I liked the old yellow and red in their time, but I don't think I want to go back to it. Red/White/Silver is a nice color combo, I just wish we could get our teams in all the same colors like Pittsburgh has. I know it will never happen but I'd love it. I prefer the red/white/blue texans colors, but I wouldn't mind the rockets red colors to win out. I think there are too many baseball teams that use red for the Astros to do it though.

Replace the silver and put in green, and this was almost my exact idea for the uniform change when they announced they were changing away from the championship unis. I had a a fascination with forest green back then for some reason, the Bucks color combo

They're not revamping the uni anyways..but the red jersey there looks nice.

 

Is it for some occasion only or an upgrade?
We've been using the present logo for 6 seasons though,
Good to see some modification on team logo and jersey

ps: the first time I saw the present logo,
I was like, boy, Steve Franchise Rocks, the Rockets even "simulate" the Chinese character for his name as new logo
(Francis= 弗朗西斯, anybody thinks that 弗 looks like our logo a little bit?)

Then five year passed, I return to China with my Rockets hat, my mom said
Boy, that's a good hat, there must be many Buddhism church in USA that your hat has "Buddha" on it
(in Chinese, the character for "Buddha" is 佛 also similar to our logo)

 

Cavaliers too, sometimes.

I kind of like this one. The other one is nasty.


Although, the black and red one posted on the last page pwns all. Man, I wish that was our jersey.

 

Well some people were freaking out and talking about yellow jerseys, sometimes you have to state the obvious.

 

Dominant Yellow and red looks more like the Vietnamese national jersey, assuming they have a basketball team.

 

I'm loving the picture on the right, of the five Rockets blasting off. It's just so cool.

 

So when is the jersey being revealed? Where are the insiders at?
