no more stupid than the post,U can say this after a great win without Yao and U can also shut up when we loss without Yao
the win tonight is based on the perfect performing of Brooks and Battier, not the absence of Yao
"He'll be great as a sixth-man " How can U get this point?

This is the most objective post I have read.

I think whether give Yao a max contract is not the most important problem the rocket fans should discuss. People should care about more the 5th game to L.A.

Although we have a 20+ m and a 16m+ spectators in the bench :p , I think Yao, Mutumbo and T-mac(although the chemistry is changed) should travel to L.A. with their teammates, It could motivated other players.

P.S. I saw some L.A fans show their mid-fingers to Rocket player in the TV screen, especially Ron and Scola, WTF. So I guess the injured player go with the team should enhance Rockets' morale to some extent.

I hope he can get at least one ring before he retired. but I don't think he can get the ring in Houston. so I wish YAO leave Houston.

Leaving for ring,It`s not be real. Toronto is a choice, because Bosh may leave. Then Yao may rising Toronto,Yao still is a good player he neet a little more luck than in Houston.

So do you think Yao will have a better chance at a ring in Toronto? Why?

Why would Houston trade Yao? Or are you saying Yao should sign with Cleveland after his contract with Houston ends?

Plus, Cleveland probably won't be able to give Yao the max. Should he sign with Cleveland for a smaller contract, then?

Why would he? He has done so much for the team on and off the court. He deserves what is due to him.

I can't believe someone are even discussing the possiblity of Yao not getting a max contract.

If Les doesn't resign Yao, he's going to make the whole team unhappy. Lest everyone forgets, Yao's teammates from Battier to Chuck Hayes have endorsement deals with Chinese sneaker companies. If Yao goes, they can kiss their endorsement money bye bye.

Here is a link from Chinese website:
    Alexandar do not respect Yao
    A few interesting points:
    1) Tmac has financial problem
    2) Lex refused to trade Tmac for Billups and Prince
    3) Yao and Lex hasn't talked very much and Lex doesn't believe a Chinese will refuse more money (Yao can have more money if he stays in Houston)

The logic is similar to the some guys' attitude to Yao:

if you can not lead the team to championship, you are a loser.

There is only 1 winner every year while all others are losers.
