Instead of this ****, why can't our fans start threads about giving reasons why we CAN beat the Lakers?? Freaking pessimistic crap is what this is, and I'm sick of it. Why be a fan if you don't believe in your team???

I'll give you one reason they can and will win- Game 3 of the Lakers/Utah series.

kobe shot 5-24 and Utah held the team to 86 points with their defense.

the big THree were the only ones in double figures and the rest of the team including the bench(-Odom) failed to show up.

 

But, but, but I want to believe!

 

Because the officials are going to give Kobe every benefit of the doubt.

 

lets say the league is rigged like i think it is, and you got vegas,refs,tv execs,stern all in on this together

you want lakers in finals, but you also want vegas to make money,everyone is betting on lakers to beat rockets,..imo the only way to make vegas win $ while at the same time lakers get to finals is for the refs to rig atleast 3 games and have this go to seven games. no one is really predicting this goes to 7,it would shock most if the rockets take it to 7, that way stern,vegas,refs,tv is all happy....but rocket fans will be heartbroken

but thats better than being swept right? we will get alot of respect if we take this to 7.
