Definitely photography. Just bought a beautiful new E520 and am in the process of trying to learn all the ins and outs of DSLR photography..
I have always wanted to learn how to paint and use different mediums. I used to play the guitar when I was 12 but its been years. I would love to learn again.
how to speak Japanese how to speak German how to speak French how to play a banjo how to play a harmonica really well (blues) how to dunk a basketball
all you gotta do is go to one of the big parties, dress really flyy, and be wherever the camera man is. oh wait you said featured what im interested in learning. Languages: Italian, Spanish, Portugese, and Mandarin Chinese getting Rosetta Stone Photoshop learn how to play brass instrument since i already got the woodwinds down. also keyboard and guitar.
I definitely wish I could actually converse in another language - over the years, I've studied Latin, German and Spanish and have retained very little. I always had trouble "hearing" other languages - I could read it ok but rarely could understand other speakers. The other thing is that I'd really like to learn how to build, repair and maintain guitar equipment - especially amplifiers and pedals.
One thing I'm sure most everyone here can do is swim. And drive a car. Another thing, I'd love to be able to play the piano.

Guitar, and I also have musical aptitude after playing the sax for over 15 years. Unfortunately, I put that down years ago and haven't picked it up since. Foreign languages - Spanish in particular, but I'd love to speak something obscure, like Latin or some Celtic dialect that isn't quite dead yet. As silly as it sounds, I'd really love to be one of those bad-ass hardcore gamers that can get near-or-at 100% headshots in FPSs and destroy people in fighting games. I'm good enough for my own personal satisfaction, but watching some of those uber-dominating videos on YouTube just leaves me shaking my head. I really wish I knew more about engines. I'd love to know how to rebuild my Mustang from the ground up. There's more, I'm sure.
