This is frustrating not having enough info. Are there some sort of "recruiting" or "evaluation rules? What is to keep us from flying the whole Rocket team out to Shanghai to scrimmage with him for a few days and see how he runs the floor, hold his own against Willis, Cato and Eddie and if he can block the other Rockets shots? I take it we can't do this, but what are the rules? From a purely financial viewpoint given the potential tens of millions of dollars involved it makes sense. What are the rules on the evaluation process?
