Under JVG, there is no problem called DEFENSE. Why not paly every body in the team less than 30 minutes. Do not save your energy for offense. That's crap. There is no big difference between our big 3s and small 3s. If you play 2 minutes defense, you can earn only earn 2 minutes for offense playing time. No exception. That will make our team's identity.
