Good game offensively, poor game defensively. Oh well, I'll take the win.

Good win but it was closer than it needed to be. Our defense looked horrible.

I'm still wondering why RA doesn't play Deke and I hope Wafer gets more minutes.

Great win! But the last 5 mins is scary. We need Yao back to finish the quarter. Otherwise, when jump shot not falling, everything is gone.

This game was all Scola and Artest. Those 2 consecutive rebounds by Scola with about 1:30 left were huge and Artest brought the ship home.

Tmac still doesn't look a bit back to his old self. He was getting jumpers blocked and looked slow out there. I hated when the Rockets started playing isolation basketball by dumping it to McGrady at the high post because nothing good came out of it.

The defense will look better when Yao is back in the lineup.

Give it up for the Rockets! They beat a Detroit team that is in the midst of a bad streak and they actually played pretty well and with heart. I hope all of the Shane Battier whiners will give it a rest...his defense on the final play was stellar.

Good win, McGrady and Artest still rusty, but that is something that'll change over time.

Thank God Rafer is finally doing his job as a playmaker, but he still shoots too much.

good game, as long as we play hard every quarter, then we should always be in good positions to win, just like this game. :D

Btw i hated all those isos with Tmac. The man needs to learn to do something else. That just totally breaks the flow of the offense.

why would rox allow them to score 105 with 56% shooting?
why should TMac play 37 mins and Wafer only 13?

    good win though.

I just want to say that Scola is an amazing player. He's just so damn wily and he hustles.

Alston with a vintage performance, playing efficiently one minute making horrible decisions and taking questionable shots the next.

I'm glad T-mac took it to the rack to put us up for good, a jumpshot there would've lost it for us I think...

Solid performances by Scola and Artest. Artest was quietly efficient tonight. And damnit put Deke in there next time...game wouldn't even have been that close if we had some presence in the paint.

Yeah not that impressed with McGrady. He needs to give more effort than he's accustomed to. However, we won against a desperate Pistons team in Detroit without Yao, so I can't complain too much.
