Well, he does have an impressive steals/foul ratio.

I agree, this means he does play 1on1 defense. Unfortunately defense is not only 1on1. Look at Spurs' defense today.

It means he knows how to pick his spots when he gambles to go for steals. There's a quote about T-Mac in a recent Yahoo article that is spot on: "He knows all the shortcuts."

Exactly, I really start feeling like this guy is playing for spotlights. He must watch his highlights too much. So he love to do things to make the highlights: shooting straight threes, gamble to steal, etc. Also, I've notice in the game that once the player he guards passes him, he immediately points fingers to another rockets, never try hard to beat the screen. That results in ROY's shot

    He IS the cancer.
When he shoots well, we maybe win. If not, we lose.

When Ron not shooting well, he do other things to help the team, that's why Ron has team's best on/off court stat.
Well, when TMac not shooting well, he stinks like an old woman, that's why TMac has negative on/off court stats.

TMac, get out of Rox! GET OUT!

Are you in some sort of contest with DaDakota to see who can get the most posts per day? At least most of what he says is intelligent.

You guys don't understand Tracy's defensive prowess.

He moves so slow on defense that he lulls the opponent to sleep.

It only works though if you make around $20 million per.

By the way, Tracy made about $250,000 for that performance and $500,000 for his trot through L.A.

This is what I used to say about the Van Gundy offensive strategy. Bland the opponent to death to demotivate them.

thank you for the clarification. Maybe next time, all our player should play like superstar, standing still so our opponents are so stunned that they don't know how to score. Next our lady can get the steal out of their hesitation and make a dunk which is highlight of the game :D
