    hmm, me either, and Ive been hitting threads left and right to try to replicate the problem

    wonder what the common factor in these redirects are?

    if you guys would, post browser and any security software you might have running(for blocking popups and such)

    Im running FF3 and AVG

    Yea I was just redirected. The funny thing it has a timer at the top that says you will be redirected back in 7 seconds, but if you hit back again to go back to the original page you were viewing you will taken to another ad. I did not get redirected again when I let the timer go away. Could just be my browser not to sure but none the less worth noting.

    thats the same thing I told him, except since it is kam I was a little less tactful about it. :p

    there has got to be a common factor....I just dont understand why I dont ever get redirected. God knows I hit all corners of the interwebz on a daily basis.

    sorry guys, I got no answers other than what I suspected above...a shady ad making it thru googles filters.

    Consumer rewards did a full page redirect, right now I am looking at a massive Casio add that is over the top of this page.

    And why the heck are the ads expanding? It is annoying as hell.

    Right now the Museum of the Obvious is annoying the crud out of me...

    I just got a Wal-Mart redirect ad. It was a full ad taking up the whole screen. On the top of the page there is a wait 7 seconds timer, and then the timer starts when it goes to 0 it then ques a Click here to go Back. Once you click it, the link doesn't take you back. I had to click back on the web browser, and it didn't take me back to the same page, it went to the forums listing instead of the thread I was reading.

    I'm running IE on a brand new Dell XPS laptop (just got it yesterday), which I know for sure I don't have spyware/adware. I hope this helps.

    I just got redirected to a WalMart ad just a few minutes after a ad-free period of 3 days. I had the same experience as compacer.

    Look in your browser's <I>Cookie</I> folder for something related to:

    Da-tracking.com

    Tracking101.com


    Nuke them.

    Maybe picked up from watching something online and then it is waiting to redirect when it gets a chance.
