How many of you remember the original ClutchCity BBS? I wish we still had access to all of those old posts.

You're one of the few that I remember from the old bbs; the funny thing is I'm almost positive that I had more posts on the old bbs in its limited existence than I've had in the nine years since it was replaced. There was so much quality discussion that occurred back then, it really makes you miss the good-old days! :p

That's right! People now who join have no idea who "Turbo" in the Rocket dictionary is or what it stands for

A had some complaints about it,
namely 16 year old rookies who wouldn't know Hakeem the Dream if he walked by him at Whole Foods.

I love it, too... especially the originally-written way he wrote "gangta" and "Orginals" :p

DREAM tipped it in to cap the win at the O'rena.

Thank god for us SwoLy-D and the great 1999ers

Notice how when we joined we weren't a bunch of unoriginal dorks
or else we couldn't tell who is who. today, they all have the same names, same basketball iq, and same lack of respect for the heroes and same freaking names!

seeing as you decide to drag my name into this thread, i guess I shall respond.

This thread is another tinman fluffing job. I'm never going to not cheer for this team just because they cannot live up to the old teams of the past. The Glory days if you want to call it.

Those were some damn good days.

You create the same thread every two weeks. When do you have something to say about this years team? And then I see you bust out with a Jason Williams thread. Like the pastey gimp was going to do something for the Rockets.

was that not a throw back thread?

Yeah, we came back from 0-2. The current squad did not.

    we didn't win the series.

i'm not happy to win two games. I was looking forward to winning four games, not hoping we can avoid getting swept.
