Look At the starters in the east:
    PG Iverson (Where is Kidd)
    SG Jordan
    SF Carter
    PF Walker
    C Mutombo

    And the West
    PG Francis
    SG Bryant
    SF Garnett
    PF Duncan
    C O'neal

The way i see it The west got at every position the best player in the NBA, Even if you think Payton is better than Francis he still plays in the west, maybe you think Nowitzki is better than Garnett, he plays in the west, The West Rules big times. does anybody thinks east wil win?????? Last year they won i agree, but O'neal didn't play. And West showed a lot more, they tryed more ally oops, East where just shooters, I'm looking forward, on the highlight plays of the west, and the only thing i can say about the east is i hope Kidd play's a lot with Carter in the game, because the nba's best passer and the best athlete is a nice thought

    :D

right on Nutcracker. everyone expected the West to stomp the East a new @sshole, but the East played all out. it was definitely one of the best all-star games I've seen.

    Iverson/Francis

I have to give the edge to Iverson..as great as Francis is, Iverson gets the nod.

    MJ/Bryant

Bryant...MJ is one step too slow and 3 years too old.

    Carter/Garnett

Carter's explosiveness can not be denied..neither can Garnett's versatility. Different players w/ different games...a draw maybe.

    Walker/Duncan

    Duncan by a mile.

    Mutumbo/O'Neal

    Shaq by two miles.

Steve mentioned in the post-game interview last night how he owed Iverson for that 58 point drubbing.
