You better be glad you missed it, JeopardE. It was an atrocious game against a team we shouldn't have lost to.

SA, PHX, UTA or DAL doesnt have to deal with a complete roster overhaul and an entire new coaching system and staff.

That's because they are better than the Rockets. And two of them are much better.

personally I find all this negativity pretty funny. I think its getting out of hand too. This forum use to have intelligent discussion about ways to improve the team with the players we have. But no, now a days we try to fire our franchise player after every game

Coach A clearly is not a fit for the team? I'd like to you preaching that same BS once we start a winning streak. How much longer do you have to wait? For what? To raise Red from the grave, trade Alston for Steve Nash and Head for Kobe?

Nah, but Orlando and Boston did. Seems to be working out quite nicely for those teams.

But yeah, "it's going to take time."

we dont need nash or kobe to win. we need a better starting line up with the current roster and maybe a better coach. with the roster we have there is absolutely no reason why we are 11-10. fans have the right to be frustrated.

11-10 = No need to panic - TMac

Same attitude for the whole year which carries over to the playoffs....if we make it in. :(

lol man i am sick and tired of those who preach patient at this time in the season. this is not the first week of the season. we need to win games now and its not happening. we are playing in the west, 1-8 are all strong teams and better teams than us. the chance of us not making the play off is getting stronger and stronger. we need a change

Interesting to look back at the 2004/05 season:

2004/05: Hoping their new acquisitions would help Yao Ming the Rockets sputtered at the start posting a 6-10 record in November, as Yao struggled early. The Rockets would get back to .500 by the end of December and by the time the New Year started they were becoming the force many predicted as Tracy McGrady averaged 25.7 ppg. Down the stretch the Rockets would get stronger as the climbed up to 3rd Place in the tough Southwest Division finishing with a solid 51-31 record, and earning a first round playoff showdown with the Dallas Mavericks. In the playoffs the Rockets started off fast taking the first 2 games in Dallas. However, in Game 3 at home the Rockets blew a 4th Quarter lead allowing the Mavericks a 20-0 run as they lost 106-102. The Rockets would also lose Game 4 at home and Game 5 on the road and would face elimination in Game 6, where Tracy McGrady put up 37 points as the Rockets won 101-83. However, in Game 7 the Rockets barely put up any effort losing by 40 points as they fell in the 1st round for the second year in a row.

Perhaps we will see a similar progression this year?

also years and years of the different lineups. I hope you realise this is the first time in Years we've had two same starting lineups for a while. But the bench is completely different including the coaching staff.

I think people complaining mindlessly and endlessly is the problem not the fact that the team is doing unwell. Fire T-mac, Trade T-mac etc.........really does that achieve anything? Your better off looking and analysing how we can improve the current team then venting your frustration on Tracy Mcgrady who has personally won us games by himself this season (Utah Jazz anyone?)

Its pathetic that people here have a Goldfish memory

Orlando, I'll agree with that. As for Boston (or should I say, the three-headed MONSTER), compare our early season schedule with theirs. Its not even a comparison.

I get your point but that's the problem...the optimists of this forum just "expect" that to happen again.

When half your team (and your best player) doesn't care enough to give consistent efforts from night to night, it's hard to buy in that something's just gonna click and they'll get it going.

Im sure if you take the sample size of the games you'll find that after every win we have T-mac is amazing, where are the haters now etc..................

and then we he is off people are like Wow you suck so soft, cant finish games etc...........

    repeat the same for Yao.

Thats not even intelligent discussion. Thats like pathetic reactionary waste of space to each game. Most of these no shows come from Road trips. For some inexplicable reason our team just cant show up in Road trips. Rafer was missing today, someone could have analysed how he could have made a difference to that run that the Raptors did to us in the 3rd quater. But no, first thing people do is go, gees our team needs to be blown up.
