I screwed up my 'puter the other day and decided to just reimage the whole machine, so now I'm reinstalling all of my software. I keep getting this message when I go to install Zone Alarm.

The procedure entry point SetRegisterDateToNULL could not be located in the dynamic link library VSUTIL.dll.

What does this mean and how can I get the app installed?

delete the dll from your /windows/system folder. It's installed by Zone Alarm so it shouldn't cause a problem when you go to re-install.

That didn't work. It seems the error is coming from vsmon.exe.

When you say you "reimaged" the whole machine, are you saying you are actually restoring from an image (a re-image) or did you just wipe everything out and start re-installing software (not really a re-image)?

I wiped out everything and reinstalled the apps from scratch, so I guess I didn't really reimage.
