Where will the Rockets rank in the Southwest Division in the new season?

I dont think division standings really matter...just go for the best record

 

i think dallas will take a dive. standing pat is not the way to go.

 

I just hope that we don't take too long to adjust to the new coaching philosophy and the new pieces to the puzzle. That could really determine where we finish this year.

 

The team real power is not equal the power of all the player addition.This season some stars have join in our family.But now they don't face the real opponent.

there is actually a good chance that the rockets, mavs, and spurs will be going neck to neck down the stretch to win the division. it just depends on which team can remain relatively healthy. but the texas triangle is here to stay for a while!

 

I say the Rox will go third since it's a new team with a new coach and a new management. They will take a while adjusting as they always do and Tmac will start slow again. However I think next year is a different story.

 

Mavs will be on a bender after two years of playoff heartbreak. And they're DUE for an injury one of these days, they can't have that good luck.

Spurs will have a huge target on their back. Everyone in the league will stomp on them to make a statement, and it's not like they care about the regular season anyway.

Rockets will make like an Adelman-led team and own the regular season, getting second seed behind Phoenix. When was the last time you saw a team that could almost welcome injuries, just so we could spread the ball around better while people got healthy in time for the playoffs???

 

our record will not be as good early in the season, and may affect our standings. i really dont care where we are, as long as we get an easy team and get out of the first round

 

the rockets ranks in the division doesn't matter anymore, the most important is that we need to have a run in post season...

I think the Mavs will slip, as will the Spurs and I think the Rockets will be right there all year competing for the division title.
