can tmac or deke take him to a tailor?

i'm sorry, but yao is making millions and i want him to be pimped out looking flashy whenever he's on his way to a game or something.

instead of "pimp my ride," let's pimp yao up baby.

Yao is not a big splendor. That's part of some chinese mentality who has went through hardships and is trying to save every penny they get.

Yao's parents famously declared that they didnt have a maid. Instead they said that they are the maids because Yao has hired them for lifetime.

I dont even think Yao's (4/5 bdrms?) house fits him as a NBA superstar. He should live in a custom made mansion. T-Mac style.

Dude, it is not the clothes who make the man good looking. It is the man who maketh the clothes.

I'd rather Yao walk in in his tracksuit but with his 'You can't @#$%^&* stop me' look than looking prim and proper in a suit :p

Jesus, when it comes to Yao, why does some dumb **** always have to create some Chinese stereotype? "Oh, he's funny because it's Chinese tradition to be funny." "He has a great turn-around jumper because of a long-standing Chinese law."

I've never heard of these stereotypes.. that's just silly

And on the topic, I expect Yao to go to games wearing traditional Chinese attire :)

Yao donated tons of money to Leukemia patients in China..... Yao has his own life style and thoughts. As long as he could get well along with his colleagues and be social, it's good for him to keep his own life.

I can see how good Yao is right now, because now the haters can only criticize the way he dresses himself. ;)

Just a joke, but still one star.

First, I dont appreciate your dumb azz post. When a chinese talks about chinese habits, you have to take it. That's how the old chinese generations' mentality are who had went through wars and social struggles and they also pass the habit to their kids. So just shut your ignorant mouth up.

    only one question

will a fancy suit or a pimped mansion make him a better basketball player??

    no???

    Then who gives a crap?

jeeze....I really think sometimes some of yall allow your own insecurities to pass over to your favorite basketball player.

what is the deal with that? you afraid Yao isnt keeping up with the joneses?

Precisely. Like I said... he walks in in simple attire, but with a damn dominant look about him, I'll take that ANY day.

Yao donotes millions doesnt contradict he prefer a humble living. I know people that have great success doing the same thing. They are humble to themselves but generous to charities.
