Plus this core team has now played over two months together. Even with Yao out it seems like we are also seeing the benefit of the team playing together and making better passes to each other. TO's came down dramatically two years ago after the team had some experience with one another. I expect this to continue to improve thru the rest of the season.

10 would be better. If he was 10 years younger, we would have a HOF and 4- time DPOY. We wouldn't need Yao at all, but he isn't 10 years younger, and Yao is turning into a great player.

I noticed that. Didn't Tracy say he couldn't palm the synthetic ball?

Deke just took some Viagra and some Red Bull which is an old man's fountain of youth. He's like Mourning, he see his chance to win a ring is now, and he's going all out for it. Strange that it was 5-6 years ago he went to the finals.

Didn't he also go with the Nets in 2002.

Yeah. Robert Horry said the same thing. A lot of the "old ball" stars love to have it back. If nothing else, familiarity, confidence and feel for the ball.

You could tell Tracy struggled to dribble that other ball smoothly.

He looks silky smooth dribbling this one. A joy to watch. His ball handling is still a notch below Orlando, but that's because he hasn't practiced at all.

Tmac will play even better once we have a few days off and he gets a chance to work on a couple of things. He has this drill where he dribbles two balls running forward and back pedaling the full length of the court.

It wouldnt matter how old Deke was. Even in his very best year, he would not provide nearly the impact that Yao does. You all are getting crazy over a 8 game span where Tmac has been unbelieveable. Deke is rebounding right now like crazy. That is what Ben Wallace does. Are you telling me you would rather have Ben Wallace then Yao right now. If so you couldnt even make it as GM of the Knicks
