Pretty darn impressive. The Rockets are holding their own with Snyder, TMac, Yao, and Bonzi out for significant chunks of time. Name me one team that could win 60% of its games with injuries to its top 2 players and two of its most important rotation players. But hey, according to the haters, JVG can't coach a lick. lol

Great to see T-Mac nearly back to his best. Go Rockets!
    Happy New Year to everyone.

They beat bottom dwellers and the Pacers without O'Neal and barely survived the Grizzlies. What would be impressive is if they can do this against teams with win records above 49%. I am happy they won, but I am not impressed. :)

How many times do you think The Rockets practice with Tmac as their primary option this year? Not many since Yao has been rolling and Tmac has been injured. They had to completely reinvent their offense on the fly. When was the last time the Rockets scored 110 points with no post play? We have to go back to the Steve Cuttino days. We all know the defense will be there. Tonight was an exception.

From that perspective, I am really impressed. If we had played better defense, we would have beat Memphis by 20.

If you had been told before the season started that Yao would go down with an injury that would sideline him for at least 6 weeks, that TMac would sit out 8 games with back spasms, and that Snyder and Bonzi would play virtually no time, what would you have predicted the Rockets record to be at this point? I am really impressed the way Howard, Luther, and Deke have stepped it up and not let this season slip away. Maybe you aren't impressed, but I am. This team has some winners on it.

Luther is clutch as usual, man I love HEAD!!!!! (like many other male posters here)

And Juwan Howard... wow, just wow.. if he keeps playing like this, I'm gonna have to start liking him too. 12-13 FT tonight, he must be playing a lot more aggressively on offense now.

AP news- Rookie Rudy Gay twisted his left ankle trying to guard McGrady late in the third quarter and limped to the bench. He returned with 5:51 left, then returned to the bench about a minute later. ...

    HAHA go TMAC!
