Well, judging from the replies of the Music thread, I seem to be one of the only ones, if the only one who enjoys R&B-ish, ballad-ish music, hip-hop mixed in so far. While I like this, my playlist is rather (understatement of the year), with only 3 songs so far. 1. R. Kelly - I Wish 2. Usher - Can U Help Me? 3. Usher - U Remind Me So, anymore have anything to add? Anything?
I got all of R Kelly's albums...it's just that I have so many CDs that there are many that I haven't listened to in a while. I think his 3rd CD simply titled R Kelly is his best. It has such classics like Down Low, You Remind Me of Something, and my all-time favorite R Kelly song, I Can't Sleep Baby (If I). However, if you really want to listen to an awesome R&B CD that has some ballads on it, I recommend you buying or borrowing Joe's CD, My Name Is Joe. This CD is incredible ! It has 2 versions of Stutter including the re-mix with Mystikal as well as I Wanna Know and a re-mix version of Thank God I Found You that features Mariah Carey and Nas. He even has a song with N'Sync of all people, but unbelievably, it's one of the best tracks on the CD. You know a CD is good if it has 3 songs that you can listen to over and over; however, My Name Is Joe has 6 to 7 songs like this.
Thanks, I'll get searching. Also, I've always wanted to say this: Iron McFist, spreading narcolepsy with every breath!
Man, this is almost as bad as your thread requesting comments for your site. I thought I'd respond and help you out, though. Hey, have you listened to Alicia Keys? Sweet stuff... R Kelly has talent, but his lyrics have got to be some of the most r****ded in the known universe... "boooo tay, booooooo tay". I like Usher's U Remind Me, too. Can't think of anything off the top of my head at the moment... How about Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healing"? That transcends generations! ... I think
Ah, good ol' DoD, reviving yet another of my dead threads. What is it with me and dead threads, anyway?
I think it's an Usher thing, 'u' know, with him being Usher and all. And that's what they were named when I downloaded (as were the others on the list), soo...
