Who cares about sexual harrasment? The bottom line is for ESPN to make money. Harold Reynolds is the money maker, and Steve Phillips is the debt maker.

But Phillips wasn't trying to make it with the ladies. Harold must be a playa.

Yeah, whatever happened to just telling the score and showing some highlights? Now it's like they all think it's open mic night at The Improv. Horrible.

Sexual harrassment...oh man....that would be incredibly stupid on his part if true.

Especially if he was warned...Idiot...But, he probably felt untouchable as he was a fixture on that show, so maybe his ego got the best of him...

Interesting, so to ESPN, using crack (Michael Irvin) is better than [possibly] hitting on coworkers (Harold Reynolds)

    Gotta love ESPN.

This whole sexual harrasment idea, is that from a source or are you guys just bouncing around ideas?

hmm actually i don't. The profits of a company are much more important than the well being of an employee.

How could you fire this guy?

Because sexual harrassment is a BIG ****ING DEAL! A big, nasty lawsuit would most likely not ruin ESPN but it sure would hurt a hell of a lot more than just firing one guy. Everyone is replacable, even Harold Reynolds. He should be much smarter than that.

Personally, I think that the idea of profits of a company being more important than the well being of an employee is disgusting. Sexual harrassment isn't a joke or something you sweep under the table.

Then you have an even bigger lawsuit on your hands.

So your solution would be to fire the woman that Reynolds allegedly harrassed.

Man, I hope for your own sake that you never run your own company. You'd need a team of lawyers following you around.
