Ugh. They can get the #1, #2, #3, or whatever position they are picking at based upon their position. I haven't looked recently, so if it's 8th, then it's 8th. ------------------ <this space for rent>
No, no, no ... Dr. of Dunk is right. I should clarify this -- Rockets can go NO higher than "8th seed" sort of speak -- meaning 8th worst team in the league. They still have the chance to get the 1st, 2nd or 3rd pick .... the odds that come with being the 8th worst team)... ... Most likely Rockets would be lucky to be 9th worst though. ------------------ NOTHING BUT .NET CLUTCHCITY.NET
And since the 8th pick's and 7th pick's probabilities of getting a top-3 pick are almost identical, getting the 8th is practically the same as getting the 7th in that respect. Not bad. ------------------ <this space for rent>
This is just no good!! Technically, can't we slide in and get a higher pick? I know what the odds are, but I sure would like to pull a San Antonio and get the first or second pick by some will or act of divine intervention. What will be available to us at 8? ------------------ HOOP-T Hey Shaq, Acme called, and they want their bricks back!
Thanks for the insight..... I will sleep a little better at night now. ------------------ HOOP-T Hey Shaq, Acme called, and they want their bricks back!
