    Yes this is Robert Tilton....

    20/20 Did an investigation on him about 10 years ago when he was preacher of World of Faith in Dallas... He was caught in a scandal and went into hiding for about 10 years and has recently come back rerunning his informmercials from the early 90's.

    The guy tells everyone that they will be healed only if they send money in.
