Mr. Brightside, you are correct. Those prices are crap! Dell comes out w/ deals all the time on their site. Techbargains and other bargain sites come out w/ coupon codes to knock the Dell prices down. Plus they even have free shipping at times. $35 is way too steep. I'll pass unless you knock the prices down.
Dude, your too lazy to delete it but not too lazy to post this. LOL, thats hilarious. BTW- we appreciate the help.
Stolen merchandise?? Buddy, I have been selling on ebay for a long time. I have a business, I don't steal. If you don't have anything nice to say, then please go away. I did not say anything to you, so for you to come in and just attack me is just ridiculous. With these type of configurations, it is hard to get a brand new laptop from Dell with that price. Even if it is a sale. BTW, prove your point of getting a better Dell laptop at a better price.
Same configs, I can't. But better configs I surely can: Also these are NEW, not factory refurbished like the ones you are selling. Inspiron 6000 main stream Notebook 6.6lb Pentium M 725 1.6Ghz 2MB Cache/400Mhz bus, 256MB DDR2/40GB, CDRW/DVD, 15.4" Wide XGA Screen, 56k Modem, Ethernet, Intel 802.11g wireless, 6 months ISP, 1yr warranty, Word Perfect, XP Home $1078 - 30% off code = $754.60 shipped free. $25 handling. Well, nothing you said was funny. Don't just come out in an angry attacking mode and say that I'm selling stolen merchandise or my prices "suck." I went to techbargains, and here is the current sale I found: Dell Home has the loaded Inspiron 6000 main stream Notebook 6.6lb Pentium M 725 1.6Ghz 2MB Cache/400Mhz bus, 512MB DDR2/80GB, DVD writer, 15.4" Wide XGA Screen, 56k Modem, Ethernet, Intel 802.11g wireless, 6 months ISP, 1yr warranty, Word Perfect, XP Media Center $1351 - instant $402 off = $949 shipped free. $25 handling. How is that better than the 6000 models I have? First off the cpu's fsb is only 400mhz. The cpus have a fsb of 533mhz on all the 6000 models I have. Memory is 512mb. I have some 6000 models that come with 1gb of memory. For the ones that come with 512mb, come with a nylon case and/or a external floppy drive. The price is competitive, but the cpu is Pentium M 725, not a Pentium M 730. If someone is seriously interested, then I can cut the price a little.
LOL, Better configurations?? The best laptop you posted is: Inspiron 6000 main stream Notebook 6.6lb Pentium M 740 1.73Ghz 2MB Cache/533Mhz bus, 512MB DDR2/60GB, DVD Burner, 15.4" Wide XGA Screen, 56k Modem, Ethernet, Intel 802.11g wireless, 6 months ISP, 3yr warranty, Word Perfect, XP Home $1809 - 35% off code = $1175.85 shipped free.$25 handeling CPU is 1.73ghz with a 533 fsb. I have two that are 1.8ghz and one that is 2.0ghz. Memory is 512mb. Look at the price: $1175.85 plus $25 handeling. Did you even look at the configurations of the laptops I'm selling?? Some of the laptops comes with a nylon carrying case and/or an external floppy drive. For the 700m, you don't even list it's configurations. I like to compare this one you posted to the Inspiron 1200 I have: Lesser needs: $200 off Inspiron 1200 Basic Notebook 6.55lb Celeron M 350 1.3Ghz 512MB/40GB, DVD/CDRW, 15in screen $849 - $200 Coupon Code: B010JWR3?03P1Q = $649, $49 shipping. Memory of that is 512mb, mine is 256mb. Hard drive of that is 40gb and mine is 30gb. You beat me there. Price is $700 shipped. Oh wait, mine comes with a $99 leather case and price is $610 shipped. And I can prove that the leather case costs $99 on dell's website. As I've said before: If someone is seriously interested, then I can negotiate with them.
Ok, my bad, bro. Didn't intend to sound like a mean b*stard, but thats who I am. I think the thing you are forgetting is you are selling refurbished items, whilst these are new items. Also the warranty isnt too hot.
You can buy these laptops directly from Dell cheaper. Just wait until they have a 40% or 50% off coupon, which is like every week and purchase your laptop then. My 700m is a 1.8 intel pentium m, 6 cell battery, extra power cord, 512 ram, etc etc for $800. This posters 700m with inferior components cost $1k....
There you go. You should had been like this from the beginning. Yeah, I understand those are new. But the refurbished laptops look new as well. I know the warranty is not too hot. 1 year for the 700m and 600m models only. For the rest of them, 90 day warranty, but it is upgradeable.
You got a real good deal, but what about the rest of the specifications. The cpu is excellent, 512mb is not bad at all, and 6 cell battery are not bad at all. By the way, the deal you got is not a weekly sale.
Mr. Brightside got you, Clutchster. This is the deal breaker for us who need laptops to buy straight from Dell instead of from you.
