Where does you morality/ethics lie on this one?

I notice everyone comes with a PROVE it mentality about somethings

Like Enron etc. I cannot PROVE anything in a court of law
[for some it is like OJ . . . ]
    but
I feel they did some thing wrong . . .if not criminal . . .immoral or unethical
To me that is all I need to know

Where as others need a blue print of the criminality
and a fine definition and a closing of every loophole

If you kill someone . .. you wrong
I'm not concerned with loopholes, and legal gymnastics

Where do you stand on this . . .do you need the Proof A-Z
that can be used in a court of law
    or
do you just need evidence of wrong doing
    not necessarily irrefutable evidence

I don't get your question. Morals are morals and breaking laws means you're breaking the law. They aren't related unless a law is based upon a moral consensus.

We aren't voting as if we are on the jury, but just in general about cases we observe from the outside right?

    yes

I notice on here. . . We get to talking about various
issues and then someone will scream
oh that is just your opinion

    Like Enron
    Like the War
    various other things. . .

somethings people demand an article by someone they beleive to be
    of some authority . . . .
then other respond with an article from someone else who
they beleive has some authority on the other side

and I just wonder . . . if at the end of the day
where does you opinion stick too

Is everything just . . in the middle until you got every
    Fact tacted down

I guess. . where is the point where you have enough knowledge
    to make make a stand. . . .

With Enron . . .I saw enough folx broke and losing money to make an opinion
I don't need to go through millions of lines of complicated paper trails
before I say . . Ken Lay is Crooked!!
He may not have broken a law. . but he did do something unethical

Mean while. . . after all the crap they threw out at OJ
I may say he didn't kill ole girl and ole boy . . but I'm almost
positive he knows who did . .. . He knows *something* at the very least
