Will M. Jackson be found Guilty or Not?

Most think he will be acquitted. Being completely ignorant with the trial, I kind of feel the same way. Call your shot.

From the very little that I've actually paid attention to, I would have to think that the defense has raised enought reasonable doubt to let him go. Very much like OJ. You know he did it, but the defense pulled enough out of their collective asses to give the jury reasonable doubt.

Really? It seems that there is less evidence against Jackson than OJ -- but i'm not really following the details very closely.

I heard that they found naked pictures of boys in his house. Is that true? If so, that should be enough right there IMO.

How do we know Juice did it? He was rightfully acquitted by a jury of his peers.

The worst that will happen is he'll get a misdemeanor charge for serving alchohol to a minor. They'll slap him with that and he'll leave the country for a long time.

last I heard the boy confided with a guidance counselor it didn't happen. If that is true, what more does a juror need.

He may not have molested that boy, but I doubt he has not molested anyone in his life.

    He will be acquitted.

Cause if MJ drove a bus, he would be MJ the bus driving child molester.

Because he had the dude's blood in his shower drain. He was acquitted for a lot of reasons: race, incompetence, celebrity, the difficulty of convicting anyone in this country who has unlimited funds for a defense but it absolutley was not because he didn't do it.

Remember he was held responsible in the less circus-like civil trial.

But why rehash an old issue that just pisses me off.

    It was Chris Rock.

The line was "cause if OJ drove a bus, he would be Orenthal the bus driving double murderer".

    Which is true.

Acquitted of the most serious charges (if the jury does not hang).

You guys who think he is guilty with out a doubt have no idea what you're talking about. The defense poked holes in every part of the case. For instance, the book of naked boys, which I know sounds bad, was a gift that had been locked away in some boxes for over ten years.

pgabriel I can't believe your defending him?

he slept in bed with 12 yr old boys

he had p*rnography ready available in and around his room

he licked 2 different boys heads

he only ever "picked" pre-teen boys --- when they got older he dropped them

2 different boys have accussed him of child molestation - both good targerts because they were on the "fringe"

    These are the "facts"

Exactly, those are the facts. The p*rnography he had in his room was from a television station, and it was heterosexual. That's also a fact. I'm not saying whether he is innocent are guilty, I'm just saying it isn't a slam dunk case.

The boy in '93 seemed to have a lot better case.

    Not AS sensationalized

IMO MJ did not violate the kids. . . but his weirdness
as cause some Black folx to shy away from him

but once R KELLY's case go away
then he can make a 8 part song about it
that will go #1 . . and the people's heart will be full

    except mine
